For more than 22 years, Champlin has been home for my family and me. It is where we have built our lives, formed lasting friendships, and become active members of a community we care deeply about.

My commitment to public service comes from a simple belief: strong communities are built when people listen to one another, focus on facts, and work together to solve problems. Throughout my career as a technology leader, executive coach, and community volunteer, I have learned that the best decisions are rarely driven by politics or personalities. They are driven by thoughtful analysis, open dialogue, and a commitment to achieving outcomes that benefit the entire community.

As Vice Chair of the Champlin Environmental Resources Commission and through years of volunteer service, I have had the opportunity to work alongside residents, city staff, and local leaders to address challenges, identify opportunities, and help shape the future of our city. These experiences have reinforced my belief that leadership is not about having all the answers. It is about asking the right questions, listening carefully, and bringing people together around practical solutions.

A Believer in Smart Innovation

Innovation should make people's lives better. Throughout my professional career, I have helped organizations embrace new technologies, improve decision-making, and create better outcomes through thoughtful innovation.

I believe government should take the same approach.

Smart innovation means using data to understand problems, evaluating solutions based on evidence, and continuously improving how we serve residents. It means being open to new ideas while remaining accountable to taxpayers. It means planning for the future while protecting the values and character that make Champlin an exceptional place to live.

Innovation is not about chasing trends. It is about finding better ways to meet community needs, improve services, and responsibly steward public resources.

Leadership Grounded in Facts

As an executive coach and leader, I have spent years helping individuals and organizations navigate complex decisions. The most successful teams share common principles: they listen, they learn, they collaborate, and they make decisions based on facts rather than assumptions.

Those same principles guide my approach to public service.

I believe residents deserve leaders who are willing to research issues thoroughly, consider diverse perspectives, and make informed decisions that serve the long-term interests of the community. Effective leadership requires transparency, accountability, and a willingness to learn from both successes and setbacks.

My goal is not to represent only one viewpoint. My goal is to represent the entire community and ensure that every decision is evaluated through the lens of what is best for Champlin today and in the future.

Champlin is a city with tremendous strengths: safe neighborhoods, outstanding parks, engaged residents, dedicated public servants, and a strong sense of community.

I am committed to protecting what works, improving what can be better, and helping our city prepare for the opportunities ahead. Together, we can build a future that maintains the character we value while embracing thoughtful growth, responsible stewardship, and innovative solutions.

In my professional and civic work, I believe in making informed decisions using the best tools available. This includes the responsible use of technologies such as artificial intelligence to research information, explore ideas, and improve clarity. My messages may leverage AI to help create clear and concise messaging.

However, every position, policy proposal, and opinion shared throughout this campaign reflects my own judgment, values, experience, and commitment to the residents of Champlin. Technology may help inform the process, but the ideas and decisions are mine.
